Cancellation Policy

It is the aim of Jersey Laser to provide quality care to our clients on schedule and to use clinical time effectively. To achieve this aim, we have an appointment deposit and cancellation policy.

Deposit

Patients are required to make a deposit when booking consultations and treatments with our medical practitioner and therapists. This will be redeemable against your treatment cost or refunded if you do not proceed with a treatment.

The cost of the deposit is £39.

Cancellation of an Appointment

In order to confirm an appointment booking a deposit is required. If you need to amend the date of your appointment we politely ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can reallocate the appointment. We guarantee that where notification to cancel is given with more than 24 hour notice, the deposit will be refunded or offset against any future treatments required.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Repeat Appointments

If you are a No Show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice then you will be charged up to 100% of the fee for the treatment.

We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable due to illness or emergencies and we will take account of all valid circumstances.
